In 2020 the Global Center on Adaptation was looking for a place to build its headquarters. When the municipality of Rotterdam offered them a floating office building, they decided to come to Rotterdam.
Developer RED company had to realize this building in a matter of months whilst dealing with the implications of COVID. They decided to ask Onur Can Tepe and myself to capture their challenging journey.
House of Adaptation has currently been screened in filmfestivals and architecture events in Rotterdam, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, New York, Vancouver, Toronto, and Chicago.
